ROMAN KOZ

Roman's Latest Publication

Racing and punting tragic who has written numerous articles for"Practical Punting Monthly". His debut publication "Target Betting" is a fascinating insight to a much maligned staking approach.

Roman's book "HORSERACE BETTING: FORM ANALYSIS EXPLAINED" sums up all his theories on an amazing number of form factors as well as explaining the mathematics, in a fully understandable way for the average person, that most professional punters use in their business.

There are 54 chapters such as “Percentages”, “How professional punters calculate their prices”, “Racemaps”, “Favourites” and  “Selection of bettable races” which WILL undoubtedly help a newbie bettor immensely and will also surprise regular punters with the ideas and recommendations Roman suggests they may have never thought about.

WHAT THEY SAY:

Dan Mielicki is Australia’s top harness race caller who has called Group 1 races at the greyhounds, harness racing and thirteen Melbourne Cups. He is also regular form analyst on Radio RSN providing selections and discussion on many horseracing issues. Dan obviously thinks highly of Roman’s book as he states

“What a fantastic read, Roman. You have covered an enormous range of form factors all punters, whether beginners or long time bettors, will learn from and I commend you on the effort. Well done!”

Paul Richards is a top class form analyst and fabulous writer and researcher whose articles for the acclaimed form publication “The Winning Post” are excellent. Paul writes

“Whether you are a beginner, casual punter or expert, I am sure you’ll find something of interest in Roman’s book. I certainly did.”

Peter Klein worked for top trainers Geoff Murphy, Bart Cummings and Tommy Smith, strapped Kingston Town and Hyperno  before becoming a horse trainer in his own right and later as General Manager for Australian Associated Press Racing for 17 years, writing "A Strappers Tale" and the John Punter novels. He says

“Roman’s book highlights a lifetime of punting no-goes and golden rules often learnt the hard way through the hip pocket. Roman’s book provides an enormous amount of information all punters need to understand in order to make a profit from punting. A fantastic read.”

Geoffrey Hutson is the author of two books “Watching Racehorses” and “Watching More Racehorses” in which he details his astute observations of racehorse mounting yard behaviour. He states,

“Roman, what an outstanding publication. I only pay strict attention to racehorse behaviour but if I was ever to study form I would definitely use the astounding amount of rules you use. I am amazed as to the depth of content. Top effort, Roman”.
